![]() ![]() Probably because the Ally "community" isn't as wholesome as it thinks it is. Ally coming out means Steam has to respond with something better, and so on and so forth. All of us probably buy most of our games on Steam which means that we don’t have to buy games again. Two thing that’s worth noting though, even though this feels like a Console War. People have preferences and they make purchasing decisions based on those trade offs. I use all Apple products, and many of my PC friends give me a hard time. The polarization across platforms has always existed. ![]() Also, the additional power means I can get a manageable to play games even portable without having to mess with settings to get games to work. I do love the simplicity of SteamOS, but enough games I want to play only run on Windows.
